Accessibility Statement
Effective May 26, 2026
Tabay's Mindful Kitchen is committed to making our website and the food truck experience welcoming and accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe great food should bring people together, and that starts with making sure our digital and physical spaces are usable by all.
Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our baseline for the website. This includes practices such as keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, descriptive link text, alternative text for meaningful images, semantic structure, and respect for users’ reduced-motion preferences.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a checkbox. We review pages as we build them, test with keyboard and screen-reader tools, and address issues as they come up. Some third-party content embedded on our site — for example, online ordering through Toast or maps from Google — is controlled by those providers and may have its own accessibility considerations.
At the Truck
Because we operate as a mobile food truck, the physical environment at our service window can vary by location. If you need accommodations — such as someone bringing an order out to you, help reading the menu, or guidance on allergens — please let us know at the window and we’ll do whatever we reasonably can to help.
Feedback
If you run into an accessibility barrier on our website, find content you can’t use, or have suggestions for how we can do better, please tell us. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated and helps us improve.
Reach us through our contact page.
When you reach out, it helps if you can describe the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using. We’ll respond as quickly as we can.
