Welcome to Tabay’s Mindful Kitchen! Our food truck offers a mission-driven experience of health, compassion, and mindfulness. Sahel and Tabay share a passion for creating plant-based dishes that capture the essence of traditional favorites while offering a sustainable choice for the planet and animals.
Sahel has loved cooking since she was a little girl and took her passion to the next level by training at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu over 20 years ago.
It was in their home kitchen, however, that the most important culinary lessons were passed down to her son, Tabay. His dedication to the craft led him to follow in his mom’s footsteps, attending culinary school at the age of seventeen.
Vegan since 2017, Tabay and Sahel have used their culinary background to recreate the flavors they remember from their pre-vegan days to make plant-based versions that vegans and non-vegans can’t help but love!
