Arches Animal Fries
Embrace your wild side with crispy French fries topped with our signature sauce, grilled onions, and melted cheese.
Persian Burger
Inspired by traditional Persian flavors, this signature dish is made with our house-made specialty kabob patty, layered with crisp Persian cucumbers, specialty Persian pickles, onion, tomato, Persian secret sauce, and sumac on a toasted brioche bun.
Everglades F!sh Tacos
Fresh, bright, and full of wild flavor, these tacos feature crispy f!sh tucked into soft corn tortillas with shredded cabbage, house-pickled onions, house-made pico de gallo, radishes, cilantro, and spicy chipotle tartar sauce, served with lime wedges on the side.

Tabay's Mindful Kitchen was founded in 2022 by 16-year-old chef Tabay with a simple mission: plant-based comfort food should feel familiar, satisfying, and welcoming to everyone.
From our early days in Southern California to our time on Maui and now our home in Bozeman, TMK has grown into a food truck experience rooted in flavor, adventure, and sustainability.
Inspired by national parks, scenic road trips, and the feeling of gathering outdoors, TMK serves 100% plant-based comfort food for travelers, students, families, and anyone hungry for a delicious, memorable meal — whether you're vegan or not.
